juz came bck frm narfa test
i am quite happy wif my result
TOTAL PTS =21pts nia
but i thk i could improve mre
especially in 2.4km run

my stomach still so pain sia
coz juz now do 50 sit-ups in one min
and oso sit n reach,
the station tat
i gt onli 36cm...
so is juz 3pts nia!!! sobX

today went to school
at bout same time as ytd
once i reach school
then i rmb i forgt to bring my tie

i put it on my table at home

so then went to ask my frenz for extra tie
all dun hav as i hav predicted

then mdm pang give us cabbage to eat

tat means if any1 can taste PTC will feel bitter
dunno did i heard wrong thk is PTC lar..

but i can't feel bitter leh
instead of bitter, it is sweet to me

went home at bout 4.30pm
quite cold too
but it is a nice weather for narfa test to me
